Statement on Non-Doms in Kensington

New research from LSE Inequalities shows over 1 in 10 adults in Kensington are non-doms paying no UK tax on offshore income. We have to question why this status exists and who benefits, given the shocking levels of inequality in the Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
