Launch of City & Tower Hamlets Against Dirty Money

Campaigners in City & Tower Hamlets launched a new grassroots campaign against dirty money last week. This is fantastic news for Kensington Against Dirty Money.

As we’ve written about recently for the Co-operative Party and with Margaret Hodge MP, one of the key voices in Parliament on dirty money, we need anti-dirty money campaigns across London, Britain and around the world.

It’s only through grassroots coalitions standing up against dirty money that we’ll put an end to opaque luxury property ownership, tackle the oligarchs, reduce long-term empty homes and increase investment in desperately needed social housing.

Let’s hope City & Tower Hamlets Against Dirty Money is the first of many.
